বরগুনা জেলার বেতাগী উপজেলার ১ নম্বর বিবিচিনি ইউনিয়নে সচিব রাজিবের বিরুদ্ধে একাধিক অভিযোগ রয়েছে। জন্ম সনদে অতিরিক্ত টাকা নেয়া, বিধবা, বয়স্ক ভাতা, বিজিডি নামে ৫ হাজার করে টাকা নেয়ার অভিযোগ রয়েছে।
জানা যায়, হরিয়ানা গ্রামের সুলতান হাওলাদারের স্ত্রী একই এলাকার ব্যক্তির বিরুদ্ধে বিজ্ঞ সিনিয়র জুডিশিয়াল ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট আদালতে বরগুনা সি আর উপর ৪৫/১৯ দ্বারা মামলা করেন।
গত ২৪ এপ্রিল ১৫৭ স্মরকে উল্লেখিত মামলাটি ১ নম্বর বিবিচিনি ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান অধ্যাপক নওয়াব হোসেন খান নয়নের উপর তদন্তভার দেন আদালত।
চেয়ারম্যান শারীরিক অসুস্থ থাকার কারণে উল্লেখিত মামলার তদন্ত করতে না পারায় গত (১৪মে) ৪৭/২০১৯ নং স্মরকে চেয়ারম্যানের নাম সিল স্বাক্ষর জালিয়াতি করে আদালতের তদন্ত প্রতিবেদন দাখিল করেন সচিব রাজিব।
তদন্ত প্রতিবেদন চেয়ারম্যান কর্তৃক নয় মর্মে উল্লেখ থাকায় বর্তমান দাখিল করা প্রতিবেদন পূর্বের প্রতিবেদনের সিল স্বাক্ষরের সাথে কোন মিল না থাকায় আদালতের বিচারকের সন্দেহ হওয়ায় সিল স্বাক্ষর যাচাইয়ের জন্য গত৭ অক্টোবর বরগুনা সিনিয়র জুডিসিয়াল ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট আদালতের বিচারক মোহাম্মদ ইয়াসিন আরাফাত আদালতে হাজির হওয়ার আদেশ দেন।
গত বৃহস্পতিবার সচিব মো. রাজিবুল ইসলাম রাজিব আদালতে হাজির হলে, আদালতের বিচারক সিল স্বাক্ষর জাল করার অপরাধে কারাগারে পাঠানোর নির্দেশ দেন।
