অবশ্য বাংলাদেশের টেস্ট ও টি-টোয়েন্টি অধিনায়ক এর দায় মেনে নিয়েছেন। আইসিসির দুর্নীতি দমন ইউনিটের কাছে তথ্য না জানানোয় এ শাস্তি পেয়েছেন সাকিব। আগামী এক বছর পর লাল সবুজের জার্সিতে মাঠে ফিরবেন তিনি।
নিষেধাজ্ঞার এক বছর ক্রিকেট সম্পর্কিত কোনো কিছুতেই যুক্ত হতে পারবেন না সাকিব। দীর্ঘ এই সময়টা তিনি কীভাবে পার করবেন সেই প্রশ্ন সবার। কেউ কেউ বলছেন পরিবার নিয়ে একটা লম্বা সময়ের জন্য যুক্তরাষ্ট্রে পাড়ি দেবেন।
সাকিবের স্ত্রী উম্মে আহমেদ শিশির বলেছেন, এক বছর পর আরও শক্তিশালী হয়ে ২২ গজে ফিরবেন সাকিব। আবার দ্যুতি ছড়াবেন ব্যাট-বলে। কিন্তু একটা বছর তো আর কম নয়।
তবে ঘুরেফিরে প্রশ্ন আসছে এই সময়ে কি করবেন সাকিব। সেটি জানতে ভক্ত ও শুভাকাঙ্ক্ষীদের আগ্রহের কমতি নেই। একই সঙ্গে সাকিবকে দেয়া আইসিসির রায় বাতিলের দাবি নিয়ে রাজপথে অন্দোলন করছেন অনেক ভক্তরা।
অনেকেই বলছেন, বিশ্বসেরা এই অলরাউন্ডার ক্রিকেট মাঠে আলো ছড়ানোর পাশাপাশি বিভিন্ন সেক্টরে ব্যবসা-বাণিজ্য খুলেছেন। রেস্তোরাঁ থেকে শুরু করে বিভিন্ন ধরনের ব্যবসা রয়েছে তার।
এরই মধ্যে জানা গেল সাকিব আল হাসানের আছে কাঁকড়ার খামার। সাতক্ষীরার শ্যামনগর উপজেলার বুড়িগোয়ালিনী ইউনিয়নের দাতিনাখালি এলাকায় একটি কাঁকড়ার খামার গড়ে তুলেছেন সাকিব। যার নাম দিয়েছেন ‘সাকিব অ্যাগ্রো ফার্ম লিমিটেড’। ৩৫ বিঘা জমির ওপর এই কাঁকড়ার খামার গড়ে তুলেছেন তিনি।
‘সাকিব অ্যাগ্রো ফার্ম লিমিটেড’-এর সুপারভাইজারের দায়িত্ব পালন করছেন তৌফিক রহমান। সাকিব আল হাসানের ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিষয়ে সিডনি নিউজের সঙ্গে কথা হয় তার।
তৌফিক রহমান বলেন, সাকিবের নিষেধাজ্ঞার খবর শোনার পর থেকে আমাদের কারও মন ভালো নেই। এটি সাকিবের কাঁকড়ার খামার। বর্তমানে এটি বন্ধ রয়েছে। মূলত বছরের ছয় মাস কার্যক্রম চলে এখানে। বাকি ছয় মাস পুকুর খনন এবং অন্যান্য কাজ করা হয়। বর্তমানে পুকুরগুলো আমরা পুনরায় তৈরি করছি।
তিনি বলেন, সুন্দরবন থেকে আমাদের ফার্মের জন্য কাঁকড়া সংগ্রহ করা হয়। আগামী শীতের তিন মাস কাঁকড়া পাওয়া যাবে না। পাশাপাশি আরও দুই মাস সুন্দরবনে প্রবেশে নিষেধাজ্ঞা থাকে। সব মিলিয়ে ছয় মাস বন্ধ থাকে, আর ছয় মাস পুরোদমে ব্যবসা চালু থাকে। চার বছর আগে এ প্রজেক্ট শুরু হলেও তিন বছর আগে থেকে ফার্মের কার্যক্রম চালু হয়েছিল।
তৌফিক রহমান আরও বলেন, এখানে সুন্দরবন থেকে আহরিত ৮০-১২০ গ্রাম ওজনের কাঁকড়া সংগ্রহ করা হয়। কাঁকড়াগুলো সুন্দরবনের নদীতে খোলস দেয়। কিন্তু আমরা সফট কাঁকড়া পাই না। সেজন্য ফার্মের বক্সে সেগুলো আবার রাখা হয়। এখানে খোলস বদলের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে সেগুলো আমরা সংগ্রহ করে মাছ প্রসেসিংয়ের মতো করে প্রসেসিং করি। এরপর সেগুলো প্যাকেটজাত করে বিদেশে রফতানি করা হয়। অনেক দামে বিক্রি হয় এগুলো।
ব্যবসায় কি পরিমাণ লাভ হচ্ছে এমন প্রশ্নের সরাসরি উত্তর না দিয়ে তিনি বলেন, ব্যবসায় লাভ-লস দুটোই রয়েছে। এ ব্যাপারে আমি কিছু বলতে চাই না। ৩৫ বিঘা জমির ওপর এই ফার্ম করলেও এখানে কখনো আসেননি সাকিব ভাই।
বুড়িগোয়ালিনী ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের ইউপি সদস্য কামরুল ইসলাম বলেন, বেশ কয়েক বছর আগে ক্রিকেটার সাকিব আল হাসান আমার ওয়ার্ডের মধ্যে কাঁকড়ার এই ফার্ম গড়ে তোলেন। আমার এলাকার প্রায় ১০০ দিনমজুর সেখানে কর্মচারী হিসেবে কাজ করেন। সাকিবের কাঁকড়ার ফার্মের জন্য এখানে মানুষের কর্মসংস্থানের সৃষ্টি হয়েছে।
তিনি আরও বলেন, সাকিব ভাই এখনো ফার্মে আসেননি। তবে আসবেন বলে মনস্থির করেছিলেন। এরই মধ্যে আইসিসির নিষেধাজ্ঞায় পড়ার কারণে আর আসা হয়নি সাকিবের। সুন্দরবনের কাঁকড়াগুলো যে বিদেশে রফতানি করা সম্ভব সেটি স্থানীয় কারো মাথায় এর আগে আসেনি। সাকিব সেটা করে দেখালেন। ক্রিকেটের মতো ব্যবসায়ও সেরা সাকিব।
