শনিবার (৯ নভেম্বর) রাতে ঘূর্ণিঝড় প্রস্তুতি কর্মসূচির (সিপিপি) দুবলারচর ভিএইচএফ স্টেশনের অপারেটর মো. কাশেম এ তথ্য নিশ্চিত করেছেন। তিনি বলেন, শনিবার সন্ধ্যা ৭টার দিকে ঘূর্ণিঝড় বুলবুলের অগ্রবর্তী অংশ সুন্দরবনের সাতক্ষীরা, খুলনা ও বাগেরহাট অংশে আঘাত হানতে শুরু করেছে। একই সাথে বেড়েছে ৪ থেকে ৫ ফুট পানির উচ্চতা।
