ইরানের প্রতিশোধের শংকায় নিষেধাজ্ঞা প্রত্যাহারের প্রস্তাব যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের!

সিডনি নিউজ ডেস্কঃ- ইরাকের বাগদাদ আন্তর্জাতিক বিমানবন্দরে মার্কিন হামলায় নিহত আল-কুদস ফোর্সের প্রধান মেজর জেনারেল কাসেম সোলাইমানিকে হত্যার প্রতিশোধ নেয়ার ঘোষণা দিয়েছে ইরান।
এদিকে ইরান যদি হত্যার প্রতিশোধ না নেয় তাহলে অর্থনৈতিক নিষেধাজ্ঞাগুলো প্রত্যাহারের পাশাপাশি দেশটিকে সহায়তাও প্রস্তাব দিয়েছে যুক্তরাষ্ট্র।
ইরানের সাবেক এক কূটনীতিকের বরাতে তুরস্কভিত্তিক সংবাদমাধ্যম ডেইলি সাবাহ এ খবর জানিয়েছে।
আমির আল-মুসাভি নামে ওই কূটনীতিক শনিবার ভিডিও সাক্ষাৎকারে বলেন, একজন আরব মধ্যস্থতাকারীর মাধ্যমে আমাকে অনুরোধ করা হয়েছে যে, যুক্তরাষ্ট্র যে অপরাধ করেছে তার জন্য ইরান যেন কোনো প্রতিশোধ না নেয়। এর বিনিময়ে তারা ইরানের ওপর থেকে নিষেধাজ্ঞা প্রত্যাহার করে নেবে।
ইরানের ওপর থেকে যুক্তরাষ্ট্র সবধরণের নিষেধাজ্ঞা প্রত্যাহার ও অর্থনৈতিক নিশ্চয়তার প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়ে ওই বার্তা পাঠানো হয়েছে বলে জানান তিনি।
আমির আল-মুসাভি বলেন, এ মুহূর্তে যুক্তরাষ্ট্র শুধুমাত্র ইরানের ক্ষোভ নিয়ন্ত্রণের চেষ্টা করছে। আমি মনে করি নিষেধাজ্ঞা প্রত্যাহারের প্রস্তাব ইরানের ক্ষোভ প্রশমিত করবে না, কারণ যুক্তরাষ্ট্র এ পর্যন্ত যত প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছে তার সবই মিথ্যা প্রমাণিত হয়েছে।
শুক্রবার সকালে বাগদাদ বিমানবন্দরে ড্রোন হামলা চালিয়ে আল-কুদস ফোর্সের প্রধান কাসেম সোলাইমানি ও ইরাকি মিলিশিয়া নিতে আবু মাহদি আল-মুহান্দিসকে হত্যা করা হয়েছে।
মার্কিন হামলায় নিহতদের মধ্যে সোলাইমানিসহ পাঁচজন ইরানি ও মুহান্দিসসহ পাঁচজন ইরাকি রয়েছেন বলে জানিয়েছে ইরানের গণমাধ্যম। এই হত্যাকাণ্ডের ঘটনায় নতুন করে আঞ্চলিক উত্তেজনা বেড়েছে।
ইরানের অন্যতম ক্ষমতাধর ব্যক্তি, সমর প্রকৌশলবিদ ও সেনা কমান্ডার জেনারেল কাসেম সোলেমানি ও ইরাকের মিলিশিয়া বাহিনী শীর্ষ নেতা আবু মাহদি আল মুহানদিসের হত্যার ফের বাজতে শুরু করেছে আরেক যুদ্ধ-সংঘাতের দামামা।
২০০৩ সালে মার্কিন আগ্রাসনের দেড় দশক পর ইরাকের রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি অনেকটা স্বাভাবিক হয়ে এলেও দেশটি ফের আঞ্চলিক সংঘাতের কেন্দ্রে চলে এসেছে।
বিশ্লেষকরা বলছেন, সোলাইমানির হত্যাকাণ্ডের মধ্য দিয়ে মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের চিত্র মুহূর্তেই পাল্টে গেল। এ হত্যাকাণ্ড ট্রাম্পকে স্বস্তি দিলেও মধ্যপ্রাচ্যে রক্ত ঝরাবে।
ইরানি জেনারেল কাসেম সোলাইমানি ও ইরাকি কমান্ডার নিহত হওয়ার ঘটনায় শনিবার বাগদাদজুড়ে শোকমিছিল হয়েছে। এসময় ক্ষুব্ধ লোকজনকে ‘আমেরিকা সবচেয়ে বড় শয়তান’ বলে স্লোগান দিতে দেখা গেছে।
