মোল্লা তানিয়া ইসলাম তমাঃ টঙ্গীর তুরাগ তীরে শুরু হয়েছে ৫৫তম বিশ্ব ইজতেমার প্রথম পর্ব । শীতের ভোরে আম বয়ানের মধ্য দিয়ে ইজতেমার প্রথম পর্বের আনুষ্ঠানিকতা শুরু হয় ।
শুক্রবার ফজরের নামাজের পর মুসলমানদের দ্বিতীয় বৃহত্তম এই বিশ্ব সম্মিলনের কার্যক্রম শুরু হয় । রোববার আখেরি মোনাজাতের মধ্য দিয়ে ইজতেমার প্রথম পর্ব শেষে ১৭ থেকে ১৯ জানুয়ারি হবে দ্বিতীয় পর্ব ।
এবার প্রথম পর্বের ইজতেমায় অংশ নিচ্ছেন মাওলানা জুবায়েরের অনুসারীরা । আর দিল্লির মাওলানা সাদ কান্ধলভীর অনুসারীরা অংশ নেবেন দ্বিতীয় পর্বের ইজতেমায়।
আয়োজক কমিটির ‘মুরুব্বি’ মাওলানা মেজবাহ উদ্দিন জানান, বৃহস্পতিবার মাগরিবের পর ভারতের মাওলানা ইব্রাহিম দেওলা মোজাকারা বয়ান শুরু করেন। বাংলায় তা তরজমা করে শোনান হাফেজ মাওলানা জুবায়ের।
এরপর শুক্রবার ফজরের পর পাকিস্তানের মাওলানা ওবায়দুল্লাহ খুরশিদ শুরু করেন আম বয়ান। তা বাংলায় তরজমা করে শোনান বাংলাদেশের মাওলানা আব্দুল মতিন।
গুঁড়িগুঁড়ি বৃষ্টি আর শীতের মধ্যেই বৃহস্পতিবার সকাল থেকে টঙ্গীর পথে ইজতেমাগামী মানুষের ঢল নামলে মহাসড়কে যানজট সৃষ্টি হয়। দুপুরের মধ্যে ইজতেমা ময়দান কানায় কানায় পূর্ণ হয়ে যায়।
মাঠে জায়গা না হওয়ায় অনেকে রাস্তার পাশে ও ফুটপাতে পলিথিনের সামিয়ানা টাঙিয়ে তার নিচে অবস্থান নেন।
আয়োজকরা জানান, পুরো মাঠকে ৮৭ খিত্তায় ভাগ করে প্রথম দফায় ইজতেমায় আসা ৬৪ জেলার মানুষের থাকার জায়গা হয়েছে। রান্না, টয়লেট, গোসলের জায়গাও ঠিক করা হয়েছে।
ইজতেমার মুরুব্বি ইঞ্জিনিয়ার মাহফুজুর রহমান জানান, বিদেশিদের থাকার ব্যবস্থা হয়েছে মাঠের উত্তর-পশ্চিম পাশের তাঁবুতে।
শুক্রবার দুপুরে এই ইজতেমা মাঠেই অনুষ্ঠিত হয় জুমার নামাজে দেশের সর্ববৃহৎ জামাত। মাওলানা জোবায়েরের ইমামতিতে প্রায় ১০ লাখ মানুষ এই জামাতে নামাজ পড়েছেন বলে ধারণা দেন আয়োজকরা ।
রাজধানী ঢাকা ও গাজীপুরের বিভিন্ন উপজেলা এবং আশপাশের জেলা থেকে বিপুল সংখ্যক মানুষ এ নামাজে যোগ দেন ।
গাজীপুরের পুলিশ কমিশনার মো. আনোয়ার হোসেন বলেন, বিশ্ব ইজতেমা উপলক্ষে পুরো এলাকায় নেওয়া হয়েছে পাঁচ স্তরের নিরাপত্তা। পুলিশ, র্যা ব, বিভিন্ন গোয়েন্দা সংস্থার সদস্যসহ আইনশৃংখলা বাহিনীর ৮ হাজার সদস্যকে মোতায়েন করা হয়েছে পুরো এলাকায়।
মাঠের বিভিন্ন অংশে বসানো হয়েছে চার শতাধিক ক্লোজড সার্কিট ক্যামেরা। এছাড়া থাকছে মেটাল ডিটেক্টর ও আর্চওয়েতে তল্লাশির ব্যবস্থা।
পুলিশের পক্ষ থেকে ১৫টি ও র্যা্বের পক্ষ থেকে ১০টি ওয়াচ টাওয়ার, ১১টি চেকপোস্ট, হেলিকপ্টার ওঠা-নামার জন্য দুটি পয়েন্টে হ্যালিপ্যাড করা হয়েছে।
সার্বিক পরিস্থিতি পর্যবেক্ষণের জন্য একটি প্রধান কন্ট্রোল রুম ও আটটি সাব কন্ট্রোল রুম স্থাপন করা হয়েছে।
ইজতেমায় আসা মানুষের জরুরি চিকিৎসার জন্য ৫টি মেডিকেল টিম এবং দুটি অস্থায়ী মেডিকেল ক্যাম্প রাখা হয়েছে বলে গাজীপুরের সিভিল সার্জন মো. খায়রুজ্জামান জানিয়েছেন।
বিশ্ব ইজতেমা উপলক্ষে এ বছরও বাংলাদেশ রেলওয়ে ও বিআরটিসি বিশেষ ট্রেন ও বাসের ব্যবস্থা করেছে।
রেল কর্তৃপক্ষ জানিয়েছে, ইজতেমা চলাকালে প্রতিটি ট্রেনই পাঁচ মিনিট যাত্রাবিরতি করবে টঙ্গী ।
