করোনা ভাইরাসের ফলে দিনমজুর অসহায় দরিদ্র পরিবার গুলোতে অর্থের অভাবে খাদ্য সংকটের সৃষ্টি হয়।তাদের এই খাদ্যের সংকট দূর করার লক্ষ্যে মরহুম এজহার মিয়া ফাউন্ডেশন কর্তৃক খাদ্য বিতরণ কর্মসূচি পালন করা হয়।
প্রবাসী শাহাদাৎ হোসেনের অর্থায়নে মরহুম এজহার মিয়া ফাউন্ডেশন কর্তৃক খাদ্য বিতরণ কর্মসূচিতে উপস্থিত ছিলেন মরহুম এজহার মিয়া ফাউন্ডেশনের উপদেষ্টা ও ৫নং ওয়ার্ডের ইউ পি সদস্য মোহাম্মদ শহীদুল্লাহ,মরহুম এজহার মিয়ার উত্তরসূরী ও ফাউন্ডেশনের অন্যতম পরিচালক সাইফুল ইসলাম ও গ্রাম পুলিশ প্রমুখ।
ফাউন্ডেশনের উপদেষ্টা ইউ পি সদস্য মোহাম্মদ শহীদুল্লাহ বলেন,এজহার মিয়া ফাউন্ডেশনের ন্যায় সকল বিত্তশালীদের কে এগিয়ে আসার অনুরোধ।ফাউন্ডেশনের অন্যতম পরিচালক সাইফুল ইসলাম বলেন, করোনা ভাইরাসের ফলে যে সকল দিনমজুর অসহায় পরিবারের পাশে দাঁড়াতে অসহায় পরিবার সমূহের মাঝে খাদ্য সামগ্রী বিতরণ করা হয়। এবং করোনার ঝুঁকি এড়াতে জনসমাগম না করে ভ্যানগাড়ি করে এলাকায় গিয়ে খাদ্য সামগ্রী বিতরণ করা হয়।
