এ প্রসঙ্গে ভোলা ২ আসনের সংসদ সদস্য আলহাজ্ব আলী আজম মুকুল বলেন, বোরহানউদ্দিন উপজেলা ছাত্রলীগের সাধারণ সম্পাদক পলাশ বিশ্বাসকে নিয়ে সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে ব্যাপক গুঞ্জন চলছে। তার পরিবার আওয়ামী লীগের রাজনীতির সাথে জড়িত। আসলে ব্যক্তি বাজাবাজির কারণে এটা কাঁদা ছোড়াছুড়ি এর বাইরে আর কোন কিছু নয়।
এ বিষয়ে উপজেলা ছাত্রলীগের সভাপতি একই কথা বলেন।
