বোরহানউদ্দিন প্রতিনিধিঃ ভোলার বোরহানউদ্দিন উপজেলার কাচিয়া ইউনিয়নের বৌদ্যের পোল বাজারে খাদ্য বান্ধব কর্মসুচির আওতায় ১০ টাকা কেজি দরে চাল বিতরণের অনিয়মের অভিযোগ পাওয়া গেছে।
সোমবার সকাল ১১ টায় বৌদ্যের পোল বাজারে চালের ডিলার ফয়সাল ও তার সহোযোগী নুনু সিকদারের বিরুদ্ধে এ অভিযোগ করেন স্থানীয়রা।
স্থানীয় কাচিয়া ৪নং ওয়ার্ডের নয়া বাড়ির রমজনের ছেলে আবুল কাশেম, কালু হাওলাদার বাড়ীর নুরুজ্জামানের ছেলে আব্দুর রাজ্জাক, ৩ নং ওয়ার্ডের গফুর খায়ের বাড়ীর সিরাজ, সর্দার বাড়ীর মননুর জামানের ছেলে মফিজুল ইসলাম, ৬ নং ওয়ার্ডের উজ্জল মেম্বারের ছেলে জাহাঙ্গীরসহ একাধিক লোক অভিযোগ করে বলেন, নুনু সিকদার আগে চালের ডিলার ছিল। তার অনিয়মের কারনে ডিলার বাতিল হয়। এবং মামলাও হয়েছে। জেল খেটেছেন। পরে স্থানীয় ফয়সালের নামে চালের ডিলার আনেন নুনু সিকদার। সেখানে নুনু সিকদার চাল বিতরণের দায়িত্বে থাকেন। গত শনিবারও চাল বিতরণ করেন নুনু সিকদার। আজ সোমবার দুপুরবেলা আমরা ১০ টাকা দরে ৩০ কেজি চাল আনতে যাই বৌদ্যের পোল বাজারে। সেখানে আমাদেরকে ২২ কেজি চাল দিয়ে ৩ শত টাকা নিয়েছে নুনু সিকদার। কিন্তু সরকার আমাদের জন্য বরাদ্দ করেছেন ৩ শত টাকায় ৩০ কেজি চাল। তাহলে বাকি ৮ কেজি চাল আমাদেরকে কম দেওয়া হয়েছে।
তবে স্থানীয় সংবাদকর্মীদের সামনেই একজনকে চাউল দেওয়ার সময় ডিজিটাল মিটারের বাহিরে দিকে দেখেন ২৯ কেজি হয়েছে, সেখানে মিটারের ভিতরের দিকে সংবাদ কর্মীরা দেখেন ১৯ কেজি । তখন নুনু সিকদারকে চাল কম দেওয়ার বিষয় প্রশ্নকরা হলে তিনি বলেন মিটারের সমস্যা আছে।
এ ব্যপারে অভিযুক্ত নুনু সিকদারের কাছে জনতে চাইলে তিনি বলেন, আমি আমার চাউল আমার জনগনকে ১০/১৫ / ২০ কেজি করে দিবো সেটা আমার একান্ত ব্যাপার। এখানে আপনাদের আবার কি?। নুনু সিকদার আরো বলেন আমি মামলা খাওয়ার অভ্যাস আছে। আপনারা আমাকে নিয়ে যা লিখার লিখুন আমি মামলার ভয় পাইনা। চালের ডিলার ফয়সালের কাছে জানতে চাইলে তিনি বলেন নুনু সিকদার আমার সহকারী।
বোরহানউদ্দিন খাদ্য নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্মকর্তা আবু বকর সিদ্দিক জানান, লিখিত অভিযোগ পেলে তদন্তকরে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করা হবে ।
বোরহানউদ্দিন উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার মোঃ সাইফুর রহমান জানান, খাদ্য বান্ধব কর্মসুচির আওতায় ১০ টাকা কেজি দরে চাল বিতরণের অনিয়ম হলে তদন্ত করে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করা হবে।
