নাম প্রকাশ না করার শর্তে বাংলাদেশ প্রকৌশল বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের একজন প্রকৌশলী যুগান্তরকে বলেন, যদি দরপত্রে এই শর্ত উন্মুক্ত রাখা হতো তাহলে এই প্রকল্পের ব্যয় অর্ধেক কমে যেত।
