উপজেলা খাদ্য নিয়ন্ত্রকের অফিস সূত্রে জানা যায়,খাদ্য বান্ধব কর্মসূচীর আওতায় ১০ টাকা কেজি মূল্যের চাল বিতরণ কার্যক্রমে কাচিয়া ইউনিয়নের ৪.৫.৬ নং ওয়ার্ডের ডিলার ফয়সাল আহমেদ। ট্যাগ অফিসারের উপস্থিতিতে ওই ডিলার প্রতি মাসে জনপ্রতি ৩০ কেজি করে চাল ৫৪৩ জনকে বিতরণ করার কথা।
ট্যাগ অফিসার সহঃ উপজেলা যুব উন্নয়ন কর্মকর্তা মোঃ কামরুল ইসলাম জানান,১৯ সেপ্টেম্বর তার উপস্থিতিতে চাল বিতরণের পরে ১০০ বস্তা চাল থেকে যায়। ২০ ও ২১ সেপ্টেম্বর ডিলার তাকে অবহিত না করেই চাল বিতরণ করেন।
মঙ্গলবার সকালে সরেজমিনে গিয়ে জানা যায়,ডিলার ফয়সাল হলেও বিতরণ কার্যক্রমে মূখ্য ভূমিকায় থাকেন পূর্বের বহিস্কৃত ডিলার নুন্নু সিকদার।
সুবিধাভোগী আঃ রশিদ এ-র স্ত্রী সাদিয়া বেগম,সিরাজ,লাল মিয়ার ছেলে জাহাঙ্গীর, সেরা জলের ছেলে করিম,মহিবুল এ-র ছেলে মিলন মিয়া,মুনাফ এর ছেলে বারেক,আবু মিয়া,আবু তাহের
স্থানীয় কাচিয়া ৪নং ওয়ার্ডের নয়া বাড়ির রমজনের ছেলে আবুল কাশেম, কালু হাওলাদার বাড়ীর নুরুজ্জামানের ছেলে আব্দুর রাজ্জাক, গফুর খায়ের বাড়ীর সিরাজ, সর্দার মফিজুল ইসলাম, ৬ নং ওয়ার্ডের উজ্জল মেম্বারের ছেলে জাহাঙ্গীরসহ একাধিক লোক অভিযোগ করে বলেন, তাদের কে ২২,২৩,২৫ কেজি করে চাল দেন।অথচ ৩০ কেজির দাম রাখেন।
নুনু সিকদার আগে চালের ডিলার ছিল। তার অনিয়মের কারনে ডিলার বাতিল হয়। এবং মামলাও হয়েছে। জেল খেটেছেন। পরে স্থানীয় ফয়সালের নামে চালের ডিলার আনেন নুনু সিকদার। সেখানে নুনু সিকদার চাল বিতরণের দায়িত্বে থাকেন।
তবে মুসলিম বাজার কমিটির সভাপতি মোঃ শাহজাহান ও সম্পাদক ঘটনার সত্যতা স্বীকার করেন
এ সব বিষয়ে জানতে চাইলে আমিরুল ইসলাম নুন্নু সিকদার বলেন, আমার চাউল আমি, আমার জনগনকে ১০,১৫,২০ কেজি করে দিবো সেটা আমার একান্ত ব্যাপার।
চালের ডিলার ফয়সালের কাছে জানতে চাইলে তিনি বলেন নুনু সিকদার আমার সহকারী।
বোরহানউদ্দিন খাদ্য নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্মকর্তা মোঃআবু বকর সিদ্দিক জানান, তদন্ত চলমান আছে।তদন্ত শেষে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে।
বোরহানউদ্দিন উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার মোঃ সাইফুর রহমান জানান, চাল কমে দেওয়ায় অভিযোগের সত্যতা পাওয়া গেছে। বিধি অনুসারে দ্রুত আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করা হবে।
উল্লেখ, ২০১৬ সালের ২৬ নভেম্বর ডিলার আমিরুল ইসলাম নুন্নু সিকদার ৪৪ বস্তুা চাল কালোবাজারে বিক্রি করার অপরাধে তার বিরুদ্ধে মামলা সহজ জামানত বাজেয়াপ্ত করা হয়ে।
