আদালতের মামলা ও স্থানীয় সূত্রে জানাগেছে, ভোলা সদর উপজেলার ভেলুমিয়া ইউনিয়নের ৪নং ওয়ার্ডের আনোয়ার মোল্লার ছেলে বিজিবি সদস্য মোঃ আলআমিনের সাথে প্রেমের সম্পর্ক হয় একই এলাকার এক স্কুল ছাত্রীর সাথে।
পরে আলআমিন মেয়েটি বিয়ের প্রলোভন দেখিয়ে একাধিকবার তার সাথে দৈহিক মিলন করে। পরবর্তিতে ভিক্টিম ও তার পরিবারের লোকজন আলআমিনকে বিয়ে করার জন্য একাধিকবার অনুরোধ করলেও সে তাদেরকে অপমান অপদস্ত করে তাড়িয়ে দেয়। পরে ভিক্টিম কোন উপায়-অন্ত না পেয়ে বিয়ের দাবীতে আলআমিনকে আসামী করে ভোলা দ্বায়েরা জজ আদালতে একটি ধর্ষণ মামলা দায়ের করে।
মামলা নং-৩৯৫/১৯। এ মামলায় আসামী আলআমিন দুই দুইবারে মোট সাড়ে চারমাস জেল খাটলেও কোন প্রকার পরিবর্তনে আনেনি নিজেকে।
পরবর্তিতে এ বিষয়টি নিয়ে ভিক্টিমের পরিবার বিজিবি সদর দপ্তরে একাধিকবার প্রমানসহ অভিযেগ দাখিল করলেও বিজিবি কর্তৃপক্ষ আলআমিনের অব্যাহত অপকর্মের বিরুদ্ধে কোন প্রকার ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করেনি।
পরবর্তিতে আলআমিন প্রশাসনকে বৃদ্ধাঙ্গুলী দেখিয়ে সম্প্রতি ভোলার দৌলতখান উপজেলার চরখলিফা ইউনিয়নের দিদারুল্লাহ ৫নং ওয়ার্ডের সেলিমের স্কুল পড়–য়া মেয়ে তৃষা মনি (১৬) কে বিয়ে করে।
তৃষার স্কুল সার্টিফিকেটে তার বর্তমান বসয় মাত্র ১৬ বছর দেখা গেছে। এ ব্যাপারে সাংবাদিকরা তৃষা মনিদের বাড়ি গেলে তারা বিয়ের কোন প্রকার কাবিননামা দেখাতে পারেনি।
এ ব্যাপারে ভেলুমিয়া ইউনিয়নের বাসিন্দা আবুল কালাম, ওমর ফারুক, আমির হোসেন, সুলতান খা, আমেনা বিবি ও সেতারা বেগমসহ অনেকে জানান, বিজিবি সদস্য আলআমিন শুধু নারী কেলেংকারীতে জড়িত নয়।
সে এলাকায় বিজিবির পাওয়ার প্রয়োগ করে একক ভাবে রাম রাজত্ব কায়েম করে আসাছে। কেউ তার বিরুদ্ধে প্রতিবাদ করতে গেলে সে মিথ্যা মামলা ও প্রশাসনের ভয় দেখিয়ে তাদেরকে দমন করে রাখে।
উল্লেখ্য ভিক্টিম আলাআমিনের বিরুদ্ধে ধর্ষণ মামলা করার কারণে সে ভিক্টিমের কাছের আত্মীয়-স্বজনদের বিরুদ্ধে এপর্যন্ত ডজন খানেক মিথ্যা মামলা দিয়ে তাদেরকে প্রতিনিয়ত হয়রানী করে যাচ্ছে।
