বোরহানউদ্দিন(ভোলা)প্রতিনিধিঃ ভোলার বোরহানউদ্দিন উপজেলার কাচিয়া ইউনিয়নের ৬ নং ওয়ার্ডের পদ্মামনসা গ্রামে রাতে জোরপূর্বক ঘর উত্তোলন করেছে প্রতিপক্ষরা। এসময় প্রতিবাদ করায় প্রতিপক্ষের হামলায় তফাজ্জলের স্ত্রী বিবি আয়শা ( ৫৫) ও তার ছেলে আরিফকে পিটিয়ে গুরুতর আহত করেছে। এদের মধ্যে বিবি আয়শা বেগমকে গুরুতর কাটা রক্তাক্ত জখম অবস্তায় বোরহানউদ্দিন হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করেন ও আরিফ প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসা নেয়। তাদের প্রতিপক্ষ একই এলাকার লালুর ছেলে মামুন (৩৫), নুরনবী (৩০), খোরশেদের ছেলে শামিম (২৮), দলিলউদ্দিনের ছেলে খোরশেদ (৬৫), লালু মিয়া (৭০), লালু মিয়ার ছেলে মিলন (৫০) এর বিরুদ্ধে রাতে জোরপূর্বক জমি দখল করে ঘর উত্তোলন ও হামলার অভিযোগ করেন আহতরা। সোমবার সকাল আনুমানিক সাড়ে ৯ টায় এ হামলার ঘটনা ঘটে। আহত আরিফ অভিযোগ করে বলেন, হামলাকারীদের সাথে ৭২ শতাংশ জমি নিয়ে বিরোধ চলমান থাকায় ভোলার বোরহানউদ্দিন সহকারী জজ আদালতে একটি মামলা দায়ের করেন। যাহা দেওয়ানী নম্বর ১৬৯/ ২০২২ ইং। মামলাটি বিজ্ঞ আদালতে চলমান রয়েছে। আদালতে মামলা চলমান থাকার পরেও রবিবার রাতে জোরপূর্বক একটি ঘর উত্তোলন করেন খোরশেদ গংরা। পরে সোমবার সকালে পূর্বপরিকল্পিত ভাবে তাদেরকে পিটিয়ে গুরুতর আহত করে তারা। তার মা বিবি আয়শার মাথায় গুরুতর কাটা রক্তাক্ত জখম হয়। গুরুতর আহত অবস্থায় বোরহানউদ্দিন হাসপালে ভর্তি করেন আহত বিবি আয়শা বেগমকে। সেখানে কাটা স্থানে ৪ টি সেলাই করেন চিকিৎসক। অন্যদিকে খোরশেদ গংদের কাছে জানতে চাইলে তারা বলেন, জোরপূর্বক ঘর উত্তোলন করেছি। বিবি আয়শা বেগমসহ তার পরিবাকে আবারো পিটিয়ে আহত করা হবে। তবে সাংবাদিকদের সামনেই বিবি আয়শার পরিবারকে হত্যার হুমকি দেন খোরশেদ গংরা। স্থানীয়রা জানান, খোরশেদ গংদের বিভিন্ন সন্ত্রাসী বাহিনি রয়েছে। তারা বিবি আয়শার পরিবারের জোরপূর্বক জমি দখলকরাসহ দির্ঘদিন যাবত নির্যাতন চালিয়ে আসছে। বিবি আয়শা বেগমের জমিতে জোরপূর্বক রাতে একটি ঘর উত্তোলন করেছে তারা। আয়শা বেগমকে পিটিয়ে মাথা ফাটিয়ে দেয় সন্ত্রাসী মামুনসহ খোরশেদ গংরা। এলাকায় সন্ত্রাসী কার্মকান্ড চালাচ্ছে খোরশেদ গংরা। এঘটনায় আহত বিবি আয়শা বাদী হয়ে বোরহানউদ্দিন থানায় একটি লিখিত অভিযোগ দায়ের করেন।
বোরহানউদ্দিন থানার ওসি তদন্ত রেজাউল করিম রাজীব জানান, ঘটনাস্থল পুলিশ পরিদশন করেছে।তদন্তকরে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করা হবে।
