সংবাদ সম্মেলনে তিনি আরো বলেন, ১ম পর্যায়ে কুতুবা ইউনিয়নের ছাগলা মৌজায় (ছাগলা হাসনাইন ইসলামিয়া দাখিল মাদ্রাসা সংলগ্ন) ১৪টি এবং কাচিয়া ইউনিয়নের পদ্মামনসা মৌজায় (মীরা বাড়ি সংলগ্ন) ১৪টি-সহ মোট ২৮টি ভূমিহীন ও গৃহহীন পরিবারকে জমি ও গৃহ প্রদান করা হয়। ২য় পর্যায়ে কুতুবা ইউনিয়নের ছাগলা মৌজায় (ছাগলা হাসনাইন ইসলামিয়া দাখিল মাদ্রাসা সংলগ্ন) ১৬টি ভূমিহীন ও গৃহহীন পরিবারকে জমি ও গৃহ প্রদান করা হয়। ৩য় পর্যায়ে কাচিয়া ইউনিয়নের পদ্মামনসা মৌজায় ২১টি, কুতুবা ইউনিয়নের ছাগলা মৌজায় ৬০টি, সাচড়া ইউনিয়নের চরগাজীপুর মৌজায় ২১টি, টবগী ইউনিয়নের দালালপুর মৌজায় ৪০টি গৃহসহ মোট ১৪২টি ভূমিহীন ও গৃহহীন পরিবারকে জমি ও গৃহসহ পুনর্বাসিত করা হয়েছে। ৪র্থ পর্যায়ে ১০৬টি গৃহের বরাদ্দ পাওয়া যায়। যার মধ্যে কুতুবা ইউনিয়নের ছাগলা খাস জমিতে ০৪টি, পক্ষিয়া ইউনিয়নের উদয়পুর মৌজায় ক্রয়কৃত জমিতে ৫২টি, হাসাননগর ইউনিয়নের (খাস মহল বাজার সংলগ্ন) হাসাননগর মৌজায় ক্রয়কৃত জমিতে ১৪টি এবং টবগী ইউনিয়নের দালালপুর মৌজায় ক্রয়কৃত জমিতে ৩৬টি গৃহ নির্মাণ কার্যক্রম চলমান রয়েছে। এর মধ্যে পক্ষিয়া ইউনিয়নের উদয়পুর ৩৭টি, হাসাননগর ইউনিয়নে ১৪টি এবং কুতুবা ইউনিয়নে ৪টি গৃহ নির্মাণ করা সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কার্যালয় হতে প্রদত্ত নমুনা মোতাবেক কবুলিয়ত দলিল সম্পাদন, নামজারি সম্পন্ন ও গৃহ প্রদানের সার্টিফিকেট প্রস্তুত করা হয়েছে। প্রকল্প এলাকায় সুপেয় পানি ও বৈদ্যুতিক সংযোগ প্রদান করা হয়েছে। এর মধ্য দিয়ে উপকারভোগীগণ এবং পরবর্তীতে তাদের ওয়ারিশগণ ০২ (দুই) শতাংশ জমিসহ গৃহের মালিকানা লাভ করবেন।
